How to find and preview a card
>Find a card
>Preview a card
Find a card
There are 3 ways to look for a card:
Click on the dropdowns in the card finder.
These are dropdown lists showing types of occasions and recipients you may be looking for. For example, for a friends birthday you would choose Birthday from Shop by Occasion and Friend from Shop by Recipient. Click Search to see all the cards suitable for a friends birthday.
Enter a keyword in the Search box
This is useful for searching for specific things youd like to see on the card. For example, enter football if you want to see all the cards with footballs on them. You can enter more than one word, however entering dad and football would give search results of all the cards for dads plus all the cards showing footballs.
>click here to start looking for a card<link to homepage>

If your card has words that arent in a grey text box, then they cant be changed.

Uploading Photos - Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add my own photo to my card?
Yes, if youve chosen a Photo Upload card. These cards have a camera icon next to the Select button and an empty box or shape for your photo.
Why has my image been cropped?
This might be because your image was not set to the correct aspect ratio. All files must be set to the proper format before uploading, as this may affect the cropping of your image.
What does resolution mean?
Resolution means the number of pixels in an image, and is sometimes referred to by the width and height of the image as well as the total number of pixels in the image.
For example, this may be described as being 1600 pixels wide and 1200 pixels high (1600x1200), which contains 1,920,000 pixels (or almost 2 Megapixels). Higher resolution photos have more pixels, and while they allow for more detail, they result in larger file sizes. The more pixels that an image contains (higher resolution), the better the quality and clarity of the image.
What types of files do you accept?
This list below details the file types you can currently upload:
Upload via browser (jpg, gif, tif, windows bmp, png)
Upload via PCUploader (jpg, gif, tif, windows bmp)
How long can my images be stored?
All newly uploaded and existing photos in your Marks & Spencer account will be stored there free of charge until either you delete them yourself or until you cease to be an Active User. An Active User is defined as anyone who accesses their account at least once every 180 days and makes a purchase from their account at least once every 365 days. Email notifications will be sent to the email address on record 30 days before we remove any photos. Please note that Marks & Spencer reserves the right to modify this policy without notice at any time.
Can I upload black & white images?
We can currently print colour, black & white, sepia, and any toned images.
